Our mission at The Tatum Group is to build generational wealth. We are building a portfolio that can provide income for decades to come. In the process, our equity base will compound annually because of price appreciation & mortgage principal repayment. We can achieve attractive returns because of our team, key partnerships and our investment philosophy. We target homes in markets we know and can afford.
There are two ways to invest

This makes it possible for individual investors to earn income from real estate—without having to buy, manage, or finance any properties themselves. TTG allows large and small investors to add real estate ownership to their portfolios. TTG is responsible for acquiring, managing, building, renovating, and selling real estate. Your returns will be realized from a combination of:
- Purchase of undervalued Real Estate
- Taking Holdings through Zoning
- Wholesale/Assignment
- Rental Income
- Property Appreciation
- Construction
That level of diversification ensures multiple income streams, projects in different markets while catering to different subsets. As the Market fluctuates, one or more sources succeed.
This Hybrid approach allows for security (physical assets) and is a longer-term approach to building generational wealth.

PROJECT BASED
This option also makes it possible for individual investors to earn income from real estate—without having to buy, manage, or finance any properties themselves. Whereas TTG is a long-term investment and benefits from portfolio diversity and multiple sources of income, project-based investments are a shorter-term investment and tied to a specific project(s). It does allow large and small investors to add real estate ownership to their portfolios. TTG is responsible for acquiring, managing, building, renovating, and selling real estate. Your returns will be realized from a combination of:
- Purchase of undervalued Real Estate
- Taking Holdings through Zoning
- Property Appreciation
- Construction
A project is often a single-family home. TTG will identify the opportunity and complete the financial assessment. This approach allows for security (physical asset) and will have a defined timetable and exit strategy.
We have also engaged in project-based partnerships (such as joint ventures) where the property is held by a partner.
